Full Stack Developer

Frontier is a React front end, a FastAPI back end, LangGraph agents, Supabase and Postgres underneath, and MCP integrations out to the systems a company already runs — NetSuite first among them. This role builds across all of it. The agent tooling and the NetSuite integration are where the hard problems sit, and they are not someone else’s.

What you’ll do

Build product across the stack — React and TypeScript in front, FastAPI and Python behind, Postgres under both.
Build the agent tooling: the LangGraph graphs, the tools they call, and the governance over what they are allowed to do.
Build and maintain the NetSuite integration and the MCP surfaces that connect Frontier to the rest of a customer’s systems.
Take a feature from a customer conversation to production, including the parts of that journey that are not code.
Keep the platform something another engineer can pick up: clear code, and the documentation that belongs with it.

What you bring

TypeScript and Python, both in production — not one of them and a reading knowledge of the other.
Web applications you shipped and then operated, so you know what breaks after launch rather than before it.
Real interest in agentic systems, and in what it takes to make one reliable rather than impressive.
You work across the stack by choice. A schema, a React component and a deployment are one day’s work.
You write clear code and clear documentation, and treat the second as part of the first.

Working context

Remote, full-time. Anywhere in the world, US preferred. Salary plus equity in the company.
Reports to the founder, and works on the whole product rather than a slice of it.
Early-stage — you have a say in the architecture because you are the one building it.
